From the cosy south facing panorama balcony you have good possibilities to enjoy the marina, the sea and the view over the Southfunen archipelago with the islands Strynø og Ærø in the horizon.
- From the other side you have the view of Langeland-bridge and the island Siø.
Just below the flat you have a wonderful harbour milieu with the possibility to sit outdoors. 
Further you have the possibility for bathing, sailing or fishing.  
Close to harbour with small cargo ships you have the centre for Rudkøbing with e.g. Ørstedsparken with the cosy and well-preserved old harbour milieu just below. A few minutes walk from there you have the cosy old market town, which e.g. offer you a charming and cosy milieu of an old town, which is renovated and maintained in the original style, with quirky pedestrian streets, exiting shops, restaurants, cafés and a cinema.

Close to the flat you have an other house with different facilities common to the harbour guests, but you shall also be welcome to use it.

Fishing
If you like to fish from a boat, we can recommand you to use Spodsbjerg harbour (7 km) instead. Here you have towing gear for boats, fish cleaning place and so on - look at
